Post Operations Specialist

Job Description
The Post Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting domestic &
international end usersof video streaming and video transfer products, which consist of pre-/post-air cuts of various NBCUniversal content. This is an exciting opportunity to support clients from all over the world.
The Post Operations Specialist is a member of the Marketing Supply Chain team, which manages the Support and Operations for NBCUniversal’s Television portfolio (comprised of NBC, USA, SYFY, Bravo, E!, among others). The technology portfolio consists of custom- and vendor-supported products that support various production, press, public relations, and marketing departments.
Job Duties:
Support multiple technology products from an L1 support perspective.
Work in close collaboration with Manager and global team to provide proper coverage during assigned shift.
Engage with users directly, both on-site and remote, from entry level staff to senior executives.
Use a web-based administration tool to create users, manage permissions, upload content, etc.
Communicate effectively with non-technical users both domestic and abroad, sometimes where English is not their primary language.
Become a subject matter expert for assigned systems and business processes/workflows he/she is supporting.
