Pool Operations Manager

We are seeking a Pool Operations Manager to become an integral part of our team! The ideal candidate will have great customer service, communication and leadership skills and is able to maintain and develop relationships with clients. Must be responsible, hands on, able to multitask and train others. The pool operations manager will be responsible for lifeguards and pools for Adamas Building Services. Previous experience in the pool industry is preferred.
Qualifications:
· Must have CPO.
· Must be certified in First Aid and CPR.
· Lifeguard certified preferred.
Requirements
Oversee staffing for pools within New Jersey for Adamas.
Ensure that lifeguards open and close pools on time.
Ability to supervise and train lifeguards, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
On call position dealing with call offs of staffing.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.·
Previous management experience in a pool facility preferred.
Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license and personal means of transportation.
Must have knowledge of pool safety regulations and procedures.
Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
Must have a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to identify service projects.
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications.
