Job Description
Must be able to read and comprehend a production schedule
Must follow all standard work procedures
Ability to work safely with chemicals
Ability to troubleshoot basic failure symptoms of the machinery
5s knowledge
Compliance with companies GMP’s
Ensure that work area is clear from any hazard materials
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Report any potential safety hazards to lead or Supervisor
Abide company policies and procedures that are implemented or when revised
Ensure all controlled documents are completed and accurate.
Bottle Decorating Machines
Responsible for maintaining Bottle Decoration line with good quality printed bottles
Performing duties, such as but not limited to:
moving materials, verifying accurate screen artwork, production counts, dumping gaylords, removing defects as needed, machine changeover, setup, operate and adjustments.
Ability to complete all production paperwork accurately
Ability to create systematically finished decorated bottle tags
Ability to consume systematically bareware bottle tags
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
