Position Summary:
Possess the ability to operate, maintain, and minor repairs the various facility systems (i.E., air handling units, boilers, hot water heaters, plumbing and electrical distribution systems, nurse call equipment, etc.) in a manner conducive to the standards set to maintain the hospital in top quality condition. Inspect, report on the condition, and maintain in good repair, all areas of the facility to include;
patient care areas, mechanical rooms, public areas, rooftop equipment, and exterior portions of the site. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.

Required Skills
License:
Valid Drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance required if driving facility vehicles.
