Plant Manager

Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the plant, including production, maintenance, and quality control
Develop and implement efficient production processes to optimize output and reduce costs
Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products
Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators
Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of materials and supplies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Proven experience as a Plant Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement production plans and strategies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in using manufacturing software and technologies
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
