Link Solutions is seeking aPKI Service Desk Technicianto join our team in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

As a PKI Service Desk Technician, you’ll be crucial in providing technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center at Fort Huachuca. Your responsibilities will span across various teams and involve collaborating with high-level managers.
Job Responsibilities:
Resolve daily PKI and card access tickets which include user permissions, SSL certificate requests, servers, and applications access requests.
Will manage reinstatement and renewal of user privilege accounts.
Assist with system upgrades, version uplifts
Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systemsfor infrastructure issues.
Monitor PKI infrastructure and ensure operational readiness.
Evaluate all certificate types for problems, issues, renewals, and revocations.
Assist end-users with certificate-related issues.
Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.
Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.
Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed
Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.
Implement changes to the PKI infrastructureand change control policies and procedures.
