Practice includes:
Vitreo-retinal Ophthalmologist, Cataract Surgeon/Glaucoma Specialist, Oculoplastics Ophthalmologist, 2 General Ophthalmologists, Pediatric Ophthalmologist and Optometrist
Hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital
Employed full-time position with Northwestern Medicine
