Job Description
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients' health conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and therapies
Perform medical procedures such as spinal taps and wound care as needed
Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families, promoting healthy lifestyle choices
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation, including coding for billing purposes
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support
