Overview
Our client is seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and be committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities
● Provide excellent health care for patients
● Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care
● Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals
● Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises
● Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
● Address pain management as a crucial component of care
● Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies
● Write timely and accurate documentation
● Achieve a reasonable level of productivity
● Participate in research studies and help develop protocols
● Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy
● Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
● Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques
Schedule and Shift Details
● Clinic Hours M_F 7 AM - 7 PM, Schedule flexible within hours of operation
Requirements
Qualifications
Required
Master's degree or higher
Valid American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS)
