Physical Therapist

Thomas Talent Network, LLC is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients, providing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs
Administer therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion
Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, to aid in the rehabilitation process
Educate and train patients and their families on proper techniques, exercises, and equipment use
Monitor and track patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and collaborative care
Requirements
Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapist license
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Flexibility to travel to different locations, as needed
