Duties &
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patient's level of function
Developing an individual plan of care based on personal goals
Implementing the treatment program through direct treatment of the patient
Reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of program
Instructing patient, family, and other clinical staff regarding participation in the treatment program
Requirements
Qualifications &
Requirements:
Degree in physical therapy from a university accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
License to Practice by the State of New Mexico
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodology required of an physical therapist and its practice application in the treatment of patients in a rehab setting
Excellent Communication and documentation skills
Willingness to work cohesively with an interdisciplinary team
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
