Overview:
Intercare Recruitment seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join a great team at skilled nursing facility. This position offers a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing high-quality rehabilitation services to our residents.

Total Beds:
400
Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit:
40 beds
Assisted Living (AL):
100 beds
Independent Living Facility (ILF):
250-275 beds
Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
Collaborate with the activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the administration and the DOR/Rehab team.
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
