Location:
99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Modesto, CA
Salary Range:
$40 - $50 per hour
Work Schedule:
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
No weekend rotation
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate the needs of patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Utilize various physical therapy techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve function
Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to improve recovery
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
Valid Physical Therapist license in California
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
