As a Physical Therapist in the inpatient setting, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and help patients regain their functional abilities.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement treatment interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
Monitor and document patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Requirements
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current state license as a Physical Therapist
Prior experience in an inpatient or acute care setting preferred
Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
