Physical Therapist - Home Care - Macedonia, Oh

This is a part-time Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Macedonia, OH area. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 22.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population doing 100% house calls.
Here are the logistics of the position:
1. Home Care - Geriatrics.
2. Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
3. Part-time. (NoPRN).
4. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.

6. This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care.
