Physical Therapist - Home Care - Canton, Oh

This is a full-time, or part-time Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Canton, OH area. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to provide a minimum of 22.5 hours of direct patient care per week. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.

Here are the logistics of the position:
1. Salary range starting at $80,000 per year based on experience.
2. Home Care - Geriatrics.
3. Monday-Friday. No weekends or holidays.
4. Full-time (if open to doing house calls), Part-time. (No PRN)
5. Position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
6. Ultimate schedule flexibility. Work when you want for as many patients as you want to see. (Typically the minimum is 12 hours of direct patient care and 3 weekdays of availabilityper week.)
7. This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care.
