What You'll Do:
As a Store Manager at Detail Garage, you'll lead by example, exceeding customer expectations, and championing our brand. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
Building brand awareness through marketing and social media.
Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
Overseeing inventory management and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supporting company initiatives while upholding policies and procedures.
Maintaining merchandise presentation standards and preventing loss.
What You'll Need:
3-5 years of supervisory experience in retail or service-related industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales goals and train others effectively.
Exceptional customer service and leadership abilities.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in a second language is a plus.
