Job Description
SIXT is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented People Administration Data Support Specialist to join our People and Culture Team. This role focuses on administrative tasks related to employee data management and plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR information Systems and therefore employee and managers ability to perform their tasks with correctly assigned permissions and set ups. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess strong numerical skills, and have a high level of confidentiality.
This person will have a strong attention to detail and can communicate effectively with a wide-ranging audience. A high intellectual curiosity, and a consultative posture are additional important skills to possess in this role.
The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
Strong analytical mindset and distinct understanding of data and company job and organization structure set up
Ability to independently follow through and complete projects and reoccurring tasks within a deadline
High degree of organizational skills and attention to process improvements and organizational training needs regarding HR systems and processes
What you will do:
Complete system new hire enrollment process to ensure successful employee onboarding experience
Review and extract data from multiple HR, Time and Payroll systems to perform data audits
Perform weekly data entries including new hires, promotions and changes in collaboration with Managers and other People and Culture departments
Ensure all changes are processed timely and accurately
Provide Continuous Improvement tactics to current processes to ensure smooth transition to future automation
Learn and understand the impact of data changes across interconnected systems
Maintain data integrity amongst HR and Payroll systems and manual processes
Key data steward - Lead data cleansing efforts to ensure data integrity amongst all HR and Payroll related systems
Participate in project testing, data collection and validation
Handle administrative tasks such as generating reports and managing employee records
Provide assistance to colleagues and managers with HR systems related queries and processes
Perform system configuration as needed
Consult with human resources and operations department leaders to understand their unique challenges and provide strategic decision support through data and analytics
Partner with Human Resources department leaders to conduct business process modeling for reengineering
