Pediatric Home Health Nurse Lvn / Rn Nederland - Days

Advanced Pediatric Care is seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse LVN / RN to join our dedicated team. The current opening is for 3 shifts a week. Shifts are 7:

00p in Nederland- Mon. Wed. &
Fri.
-LVN range from $19.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)
-RN range from $25.00-$40.00 per hour (depending on experience, shift, and acuity)
Responsibilities
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals -
Monitoring patients' health conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to the medical team -
Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding -
Providing emotional support to patients and their families -
Conducting patient assessments and following care plans -
Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care -
Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and health management
Requirements
Current LVN / RN license in Texas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of pediatric medical equipment and procedures
CPR certification
