Patient Care Coordinator

Physicians Hearing Network is the largest, fastest-growing provider of hearing healthcare, exclusive to physicians. We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to add to our corporate team.
This position will:
Answer incoming calls and patient calls
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Make outbound scheduling calls to patient lists for assigned practices
Conduct insurance verifications
Order supplies, conduct inventory, and ship items for clinics
Assist in onboarding new employees and special projects
Provide support to our field managers and healthcare providers
Requirements
Proven experience in a medical front desk or customer service role
Bilingual in Spanish
Experience in insurance verification
High school diploma (or equivalent) required
Proficient in using Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Proficient in using Dropbox
Exemplary customer service
Highly organized and professional
