The Patient Care Advocate (Bilingual Call Center Representative) provides support to our patients and clinics by communicating with them over the phone, text, email and social media to deliver a 5-Star Patient Experience.
What Youll Do

  • Communicate with patients and team members in a friendly and helpful manner
  • Using the provided script, set appointments and address patient questions
  • Track number of calls;
    Track number of appointments;
    Provide requested reports
  • Interact with offices to schedule appointments and communicate patient information
  • Typical schedule consist of 4 weekdays with rotating Saturday/Sunday shifts

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of customer service, sales, or dental office experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Intermediate computer experience, including Microsoft Office and sales systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of dental treatments and office procedures
  • Proven record of success in customer service or sales
