Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with Worth AI's strategic goals
Develop a partnership strategy and framework to guide the selection and management of partnerships
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers of potential partners
Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring alignment of objectives and mutual value creation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions with our AI platform
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities
Requirements
Proven experience in partnership management and business development roles
Strong understanding of AI and its applications in the business world
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that align with strategic goals
Experience in contract negotiation and agreement execution
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Analytical skills to monitor and evaluate partnership performance
Experience in the computer software industry is highly preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in FinTech, AI or Data
