The Graphic Order Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the assignment and distribution of graphic design orders. The associate will work closely with the Manager, Designers, and Account Executives to ensure the efficient workflow of graphic design orders.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Maintain and update the show portion of the show schedule spreadsheet
Review new orders for completeness and accuracy
Communicate issues with Account Executives and Designers
Assign new orders based on the show schedule spreadsheet assignments provided by the Manager, Graphic Design
Flag excessive work order numbers to Manager &
redistribute as requested
All other duties assigned
Requirements
Required working knowledge of the following software programs:
Adobe Creative Cloud
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) &
WebEx
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
works well in a team environment
Excellent task management and organizational skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
Prior Graphic Design or Design Production background a plus

Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner by making daily decisions to benefit the client and the company
