Part-Time Cleaning

B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere ag, material handling and powersports locations has an opening for a part-time Cleaning position at its John Deere dealership located in Storm Lake, Iowa. This individual would work a flexible schedule of approximately 6-10 hours per week with strong attention to detail. Previous cleaning experience preferred.
Essential Duties:
Clean offices
Sweep, vacuum, mop and scrub floors. Strip and wax floors as necessary
Clean, sanitize and stock supplies in all bathrooms and break rooms
Empty all trash receptacles and transport trash to dumpster
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Performs cleaning and routine maintenance and other duties as directed by supervisor
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preffered
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
