Salary:
$31,000 annually, plus supplemental pay

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the accountant in managing the office operations efficiently.
Perform clerical work, including note-taking, appointment setting, and database management.
Set up and maintain office systems to ensure smooth workflow.
Manage communications, including writing emails and making calls to state agencies.
Collaborate effectively with the team, demonstrating strong teamwork and communication skills.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 years of intermediate experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and other accounting software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
