The Flood Law Firm is looking for a bilingual paralegal who will be responsible for handling a busy caseload from inception to settlement. Paralegals work closely with attorneys to establish caring relationships with clients and carefully document their cases. They have extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in the legal cases. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long-term commitment with opportunities to grow.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Bilingual - Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Spanish
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional client care.
