Painter

Job Description
As a Painter,who takes pride in your workmanship, you will be responsible for preparing and painting designated areas as assigned for every aspect of the resort.
As a Painter, you will:
Prepareall surfaces for paint, uses drop cloths and masking tape to protect surfaces
Applyprimer or mildewcide prior to paint where needed
Applypaint to prepared exterior or interior surfaces by use of paint gun, roller, or brush
Applycaulking where needed
Applyconcrete stain to walkways and entrances
Mixpaint to achieve desired color
Set up and use ladders and/or scaffolding
Leave work area in safe, neat clean conditions
Ability to communicate and interpret guest needs by positively interacting towards resolutions
Must be able to work independently and with minimal to no supervision or support
Must comply with all CFI policies and procedures
Must represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior at all times, as dictated in the Associate's Handbook
To perform this job successfully, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Additionally, the person must possess and adhere to the following core values:
