Job Description
Owala is looking for an experienced, talented Graphic Designer with 3+ years working design experience and a strong work portfolio to support our established in-house graphic design and Marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be someone who can be a leader and an integral part of a unique, small, creative team with a strong commitment to strategic and creative excellence. The Graphic Designer will be working directly with an experienced Art Director and responsible for executing design and production of multiple projects and tasks within integrated campaigns
How You’ll Make an Impact
Design and execution of various web and digital projects. Projects based around brand identity, packaging, point-of-purchase, social media and web advertising, sales collateral and other projects as needed.
We need someone who can design within our brand standards, be open to input from department heads, is responsive to feedback, and able to make changes quickly. Strong problem-solving skills is a must. They must be able to work within production schedules and hit deadlines.
Every role at Owala is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of our team will include:
Create web and digital ready assets at a high level of accuracy
Design digital advertisements, marketing web banners, social media visual content, and other design assets as required.
Deciphering the company and marketing needs through discovery and scope meetings.
