Overnight General Maintenance

Job Description
As a General Maintenance Technician, you will:
Execute general support tasks like painting, caulking, and repairing wall damages to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
Diagnose problems accurately and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance staff to prioritize and coordinate repair tasks.
Actively participate in the procurement and inventory process to ensure materials and tools are readily available for maintenance work.
Utilize and navigate resort operation devices and software effectively (e.G., HotSOS and other applicable tools).
Work confidently with ladders, scaffolds, and lifts, while adhering to appropriate PPE guidelines.
Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and practices to ensure a secure working environment.
