Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Associate to join our team and assist in growing our client base in the Ocala, FL area.
As an Outside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients through various sales techniques, including networking, and attending assigned scheduled appointments. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services within the outdoors equipment venre,and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in sales, and/or customer serviceis preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new customers through various sales techniques, including networking, and attending scheduled appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field ( Preferred).
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the event planning or virtual events industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and conduct scheduledpresentation appointments.
- Valid driver's license &
vehicle insurance. Access to reliable transportation is a must.
- Background check may be conducted.
- Willingness to travel within the Ocala, FL or surrounding zipcode areas to meet with customers.
Salary:
Rangeup to $600 - $ 1080weekly, plus commission.
