Outside Sales - Agriculture
We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Reps with knowledge of pesticides, pests, and agriculture.
Competitive Salary Plus Commission, 2 weeks paid vacation, PTO for 10 holidays, Ability to acquire health, dental, vision and 401K
- You will be responsible for prospecting, identifying decision makers, qualifying opportunities, overcoming objections, and closing on company objectives.
- The selected individual will be ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated, positive, organized, good listener, strategic thinker and persuasive.
- Comfortable speaking with farmers, nurseries, and chemical distributors.
- Experience working under the pressure of quota and adapt to Sell the value of our clients services to executive decision makers
- Strong written/verbal communication skills are a MUST
- Strong experience using MS Office products:
Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as CRM software (Salesforce)
- Reliable trasportation
- Outside Sales
- B2B Sales
- Understanding agricultural pests, specifically the Citrus Lead Miner
- Understanding of Citrus Agriculture
- Chemical Sales or working in Agriculture a plus
- A passion for sales
- Base Plus Comission
- Ability to Accrue Two Weeks Paid Vacation
