Oracle Rmcs Functional Application Lead

- The Oracle RMCS functional application lead will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle RMCS module, as well as providing post-implementation support and maintenance.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, develop functional specifications, and design solutions that meet their needs.
- The Oracle RMCS functional application lead will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and providing guidance and support to team members.
Requirements
The ideal - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle RMCS.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud (Fusion) applications.
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of best practices in accounting and finance processes would be an added advantage.
Hybrid/Remote Structure:
The ideal candidate is local and can spend 10 days a month on-site (2 working weeks) however if outside of area full remote can be considered
