Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including joint development, distribution, vendor, sales and logistics, service, IP license, partnership, and more.
Counsel business teams on a range of legal topics, including intellectual property, corporate governance, commercial law, competition, and other legal and regulatory areas.
Collaborate with the global legal team to develop and implement best practices and policies in the areas of contracting, licensing, corporate governance, and compliance.
