Contact Strategy &
Engagement:
Engage with a minimum of 50 adjusters daily through phone calls and emails, representing our company and its services.
Networking:
Attend local adjuster group meetings and conferences to build and strengthen industry relationships.
Client Engagement:
Schedule in-person meetings with local adjusters at least once a month to build trust and understand client needs.
Reporting:
Provide weekly reports detailing all contacts and communications to keep management informed and aid decision-making.
Collaboration:
Participate in virtual meetings with management twice weekly to align with company goals.
Sales Management:
Manage all sales activities, including sourcing new business opportunities and nurturing a sales pipeline.
Market Research:
Conduct ongoing research on related products, maintain competitive pricing, and explore local marketing opportunities.
Onsite Inventory:
Oversee and manage onsite inventory as needed.
Benefits
Base Salary:
Competitive weekly base salary.
Commission:
Earn up to 25% commission on clients you bring to US Claims Solutions.
On-Site Rate:
Receive up to $35 per hour for on-site work
Expenses:
USCS will cover all work-related expenses at job sites.
