Experience:

Skills:
A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving, data analysis, and leveraging technology to streamline processes. Your strong interpersonal skills will enable effective conflict resolution and team development.
Knowledge:
A deep understanding of manufacturing financial metrics, inventory control, and operational processes. Familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, underpinning your expertise and strategic vision.
