Operations Manager With Ts/Sci

Paragon Cyber Solutions has an immediate opening for those ready for an exciting and dynamic career as a Operations Manager to provide technical expertise, conduct research, evaluate, and offer staff support. Support includes preparing standard identity operations staff documentation for the host organization.

Active TS, with SCI eligibility
Responsibilities
Evaluate software and associated documentation, manage and monitor quality metrics and continuous quality monitoring
Research, analyze, and make recommendations for improvements to software and data contained within software
Effectively communicate with leadership, application developers, database engineers, business analysts, and project stakeholders
Manage task specific projects to include, but not limited to, quality assurance, quality control, system/software troubleshooting, and testing
Assist in collecting and organizing information for system specifications and other customer
deliverables/documents
Contribute to internal reports, manages customer inquiries, updates, and completes delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines and maintain quality standards
Perform needs analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions
Act as a primary stakeholder in the underlying information technology (IT) operational processes
and functions that support the service, provide direction, and monitor all significant activities so the service is delivered successfully
Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement
Review existing policies with stakeholders.
Requirements
Ten (10) or more years of documented experience
Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information
Knowledge of the organizational core business/mission processes
Skill in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance
Skill in the ability to translate, track, and prioritize information needs and collection requirements
Skill in the ability of resolving conflicts in laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures
Skill in identifying measures or indicators of system accuracy and the actions needed to improve or correct inaccuracies
Ability to provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support
Ability to dissect a problem and examine the interrelationships between data that may appear unrelated
Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
