We are seeking a full-time Operations Associate. The Operations Associate will assist our team of Community Managers in day-to-day operations at our various communities. While the individual tasks may be varied, the goal is to provide support to our resident companies and ensure the spaces are running efficiently. The Operations Associate is responsible for helping to maintain a vibrant sense of community and creating memorable member engagements. This role is perfect for someone who wants to take responsibility, gain experience managing co-working spaces, and join a quickly growing company in the heart of Chicago.
JOB ESSENTIALS
Ensure the space is clean and tidy, including meeting rooms, kitchen, reception area, and common spaces
Assist in day-to-day operations (sort mail, brew coffee, empty dishwashers, prepare conference rooms, etc…)
Assist Community Managers in providing excellent customer service:
assist members, greet visitors, and receive deliveries
Assist Business Services &
Community Managers withplanning engaging events for members
Order &
restock supplies
Manage spaces if Community Managers are out of office
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong background and experience in customer service and communication
- Adapts well to change and changing priorities – is comfortable with ambiguity
- Extraordinary organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Uncanny ability to meet deadlines and get things done
