Job Description
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Operations and Engineering Departments to ensure the departments run at its maximum efficiency to achieve customer satisfaction and production.
Manage and maintain scheduling for the Engineering and Vessel Crews.
Input and maintain data used to process reports for Blue &
Gold Fleet and WETA.
Oversee WETA-related accounts payable and accounts receivable function.
Compile and maintain data for ferry operations annual budget.
Process payroll for Administration, Engineering and Operations Crew.
Order and maintain an inventory of office supplies and consumables.
Assist with ferry scheduling and planning.
Assist Blue &
Gold Fleet Dispatch as needed.
Serve as backup to Dispatch for crew payroll processing.
Track Jones Act and leave of absences for Vessel Crews.
Administer service disruption protocol when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service.
