Job Description
The operational program director (OPD) is responsible for coordination and management of the overall program. The two priority areas of responsibility include:
ensuring supervision, orientation and ongoing training of high-quality staff and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The OPD will have direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization.
Position begins at $61,500 annually
This OPD will cover Shakopee, Farmington and Carver area
