OFFICE SERVICES TECHNICIAN
Description:

The individual will be on his/her feet and will have a daily routine sheet that needs to be completed (e.G. checking papers for printers, kitchen supplies check/inventory, bathroom supplies check/inventory, assisting in events, preparing conference rooms/huddle rooms, etc.).
This person maintains the inventory and tidiness of 4 floors for the company in an office building. They will be on their feet for most of the day and is expected to follow a checklist of responsibilities that will keep the day-to-day office logistics running smoothly. This person will assist in setting up and breaking down conference rooms, internal events, and meetings. Other duties as assigned.
Job details
Candidate will assist with Event Planning and Executing.
Restocking kitchen, copy room, and beverage supplies for 6 kitchens and copy rooms while keeping them tidy.
Updating the inventory spreadsheet for all office supplies including backstock to ensure the proper amount is ordered each month and is always replenished.
Equally distributing supplies to each floor so that all kitchens and copy rooms are mirrored throughout the four floors.
Paying attention to detail for tidiness and organization throughout the office space.
Setting up for internal meetings which may include but is not limited to moving tables/chairs as needed, setting up decorations/printing out signs, setting up food and cleaning up/resetting rooms following the meetings.
Keeping kitchens clean and tidy which may include but is not limited to wiping down counters, scrubbing down sinks, cleaning out coffee machines, washing office utensils used for meetings, wiping down chairs/tables, tossing out expired food, etc.
Keeping conference rooms clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
Assist Office assistants and Office Administrator as requested.

Requirements:

High School degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel required.
Excellent organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Minimum one year working in a fast-paced environment experience.
Friendly disposition
Must be reliable.
Ability to work on a team.
Must have motivation and the ability to be a self-starter.
Ability to lift 25 pounds.
