Position Overview:
We're in search of a dynamic and resourceful Office Manager to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at keeping things organized, this role is for you. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our office operations while providing essential support to various departments.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute administrative tasks, including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
Monitor and manage office supplies inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
Assist in onboarding new team members, facilitating paperwork and orientation sessions.
Maintain office facilities and equipment, troubleshooting issues and coordinating repairs.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health &
safety regulations.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Provide support to other departments as needed, including HR, finance, and marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Office Management or similar administrative roles.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Familiarity with office management software (e.G., MS Office, Google Suite) is advantageous.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
