Job Description
Responsible for answering and processing calls in a professional manner in a shared office environment. Utilizing business center attendant console and Cisco’s call center software you will provide exceptional customer service for clients. The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills;
problem solving abilities;
and be well organized. You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and co-workers. A positive professional attitude and ability to work under pressure is a must.
Approximately 21 hours per week Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 10 am and 5 pm.
