We are looking for a driven, creative and energetic Offer Management Analyst to join our team.
As an Offer Management Analyst, you will be responsible for various business functions such as sales opportunity review, strategy development, profitability analysis, contract negotiation, and telecom service. You will have experience and knowledge of contract negotiations, contract language creation, project management, custom offer construction, sales processes, along with team leadership and coaching. You are detail-oriented, a skilled negotiator, excellent communicator, a strong coach and leader, and has the desire to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment in support of the sales cycle.
As an Offer Management Analyst, you will have the following duties:
Reviewfinancial data as related to various requests for special pricing and identifies risks associated with legal terms, product descriptions, and price concessions
Maintainrecords supporting all business cases
Usekeen business judgment and financial knowledge to defend and debate recommendations
Ensurecompliance with internal procedures and government regulations
Key Working Relationships with Direct Sales, Senior Executives, Legal, Product Management, Regulatory, Billing, and Network Engineering
Supportmultiple sales teams with special pricing requests and negotiates large contracts with customers
Providesales teams with guidance on pricing, pricing structure and strategy
Providesupport to the legal group on terms &
conditions in custom contracts
Assist back-office personnel in resolving implementation issues, billing issues, and technical issues
Ensure team productivity is meeting targets and be accountable for results
