Salary Range:
$27-$28.90 per hour
Hours:
35 hours per week, Monday through Friday (Flexible, No weekend rotation)

Total Beds:
400Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit:
40 beds
Assisted Living (AL):
100 beds
Independent Living Facility (ILF):
250-275 beds
Facilities:
2 Licensed buildings with AL, another AL/LTC unit, and an AL dementia unit. The ILF consists of private homes, cottages, and a condo-type building that also houses the pool and fitness center.
Community Activities:
A very active ILF community with off-site trips, sports tournaments, and many other amenities.
Staff and Support:
Full-time Activity department staff for the Licensed buildings that offer off-site trips/activities, often coordinated with Rehab Services.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
Collaborate with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with the TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Health Assistant Therapist
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
