Occupational Health Nurse Emt

Job Description
To administer first aid treatment to injured or ill Team Members. To monitor, treat and provide follow-up on work-incurred injuries and to assess and evaluate potential work-incurred injuries.
Evaluate, treat (per standing orders) and advise. Schedule medical appointment when necessary and provide follow-up care per doctor orders.
Coordinate/communicate with Forepersons, Superintendents, Worker’s Compensation and external medical providers to insure proper medical treatment of injured Team Member. Maintain current and accurate medical records for each Team Member
Coordinate Company activities
Coordinate annualhearing tests
Participate insafety training
Maintain weekly safety statistics. Provide information to Forepersons, Superintendents, Plant Managers, Operations Manager, Director of Operations and Human Resources, as needed
Maintain adequate medical inventory
Administration of worker's compensation documentation
Participating in community-related activities (e.G. Relay for Life)
Other duties as assigned
