We are seeking a qualified OASIS Coordinator (LPN) to review OASIS/HIS documentation for accuracy. Responsibilities &
Duties:
Review/analyze OASIS/HIS documents for accuracy and ensure completion by month-end
Assist the Staff Educator with teaching and coaching nurses and therapists
Data Entry of diagnoses and other form-related data
Analyze OASIS documents using various tools to help prevent Medicare Audits
Knowledge of home health regulations, OASIS/HIS documentation requirements, and Medicare PPS Reimbursement system
Requirements
Qualifications &
Skills:
Active, unencumbered LPN License
Two years of office experience in a medical setting required
Home health nursing experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to communicate pleasantly and effectively with patients, referral sources, and coworkers
