Position Purpose:
O&
M Lead Operator is responsible for performing various general labor activities that include the operation &
maintenance of various equipment at different facilities. Must have the ability to operate air compressor and pneumatic equipment. Ensures mechanical readiness of plant equipment and processes through the proper development and implementation of maintenance procedures.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs regular checks of equipment conditions, noting deficiencies and following maintenance procedures.
Responsible for operating and monitoring Main Control System, either manually or by computer interface.
Notifies supervisor of needed maintenance.
Communicate effectively with written and oral methods with co-workers, supervisor, managers, and others when necessary.
Other duties as needed and as assigned.
Carries out the position responsibilities in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures.
