OPERATING ROOM - NURSE EDUCATOR
Do you love nursing education and helping others excel?
This role is for a registered nurse with teaching expertise to design and deliver top-notch training programs for our nurses. You'll partner with leadership to ensure all nurses have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
What you'll do:
Create and deliver evidence-based training programs tailored to nurses' needs.
Develop orientation programs for new hires and competency assessments for all staff.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and stay up-to-date on healthcare trends.
Act as a resource for nurses, mentoring and supporting their professional development.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in nursing and RN license.
2+ years of experience teaching or developing educational programs.
3+ years of clinical experience in your specialty area.
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Bonus points for:
Leadership experience.
Master's degree in nursing.
Certification in Nursing Professional Development or your specialty area.
