Job Description
The Nightlife Marketing Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing creative content and strategy for all nightlife social media accounts to ensure continued growth of brand awareness as well as increased business sales.
Job Responsibilities
Develop social media strategies for artists, events, and the Wynn Nightlife brand
Keep an updated posting schedule for each social account and platform
Research and monitor trending and viral audio, content, hashtags, influencers, and topics
Conceptualize and execute engaging content for social platforms
Work with photo, video, and graphic design teams to create new content
Create social rollout plans for major announcements, events, and artists
Assist the resort and digital media partners with content and ad campaigns
Track and report weekly analytics and KPIs from all platforms to ensure marketing efforts are successful
Monitor comments on all platforms and reply to direct messages on all platforms
Communicate in a timely manner via email, phone calls, WhatsApp, etc.
Create one sheets and marketing decks to present ideas, concepts, and strategies
Present new ideas weekly in marketing meeting
Responsible for detailed notetaking during creative meetings and marketing meetings
Concept promotional plans to increase business levels and sales
Manages and oversees the Social Media Specialist
Assist the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing with tasks
Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management
Adhere to and enforce company-specific safety policies
Deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting in a professional manner
