Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain exceptional food and beverage operations at the nightclub.
Ensure that all shifts are effectively managed and supervised with a strong focus on attention to detail and service standards.
Assist in managing employee placement, overall operations, staff development, and attendance policies.
Ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained at all times.
Lead by example and motivate the team to provide the highest level of service.
Continuously improve communication processes with the team to foster a collaborative work environment.
